New machine transporters from Böckmann now available
The machine transporters with foldable loading ramps and an optimized accessory program.
Böckmann Fahrzeugwerke presents its new machine transport low-loader models (MH models), which have been optimized through innovative design and thoughtful details. The new models offer a combination of stability and functionality, setting new standards in the transport of machine vehicles. The trailer models are available with an interior length of 4300 mm to 5000 mm and a width of 2100 mm, with a total weight of 3.0 t to 3.5 t. A new model in Tridem configuration (MH-AL 5021/35 T) has been added for even more stability.
Concentrated innovation and practical features
The new models are characterized by highly foldable loading ramps that can be ideally adjusted in width for different vehicle sizes.
The new loading ramps allow for low air resistance and ensure good visibility to the rear. With a ramp angle of 17°, easy loading and unloading is guaranteed. Optionally, longer loading ramps are also available, which allow for a flatter ramp angle of 10° and can be safely stored in prepared rail pits for transport.
Robust construction for maximum safety
The models are equipped with a hot-dip galvanized upper bridge, which offers high load capacity through massive longitudinal beams. It is reliably secured by rattle-free clamping closures. The steel corner fittings can be easily released and removed thanks to the rod fastening with counter plate. The eccentric lock on the 200 mm side wall ensures secure closure of the side walls, while T-strap brackets guarantee reliable securing of vehicles during transport. The optimally placed LED lighting allows the driver to always keep an eye on the maximum vehicle width. With the optionally available LED rear light, the trailer receives full LED lighting.
Practical accessories
The accessory program offers customers additional individual options, including the EasyKipp hydraulic system, spare wheel, an electric winch, and higher side walls. With components such as the aluminum checker plate on the floor plate or the continuous metal flap at the rear, the new machine transport low loaders become the ideal solution for a wide range of transport needs.
