The compact, single-axle box trailer with the hinged aluminium cover and anti-slip loading ramp ensures convenient loading and loading without having to bend. Loading heights

For particularly easy loading and unloading of the van trailer, the F-models have a very low loading height of 440 mm. For the standard models it is 560 mm.

enables the individual lashing eyes to be moved flexibly. DIN 12640 TÜV-certified 600 daN tensile force per lashing point for all lashing angles (vertical, longitudinal and transverse). Completely freely usable base plate without obstacles along the side wall.

Roof construction

The models have a flat polyester roof with a spoiler including rain drain above the door.

Solid door construction

The door construction consists of a solid rear portal frame with a lockable single or double wing door (depending on the model) and additional reinforcement on the inside. The door is opened by an anodised aluminium espagnolette with a plastic handle and can be fixed by a stop on the side of the trailer. Rubber seal with double rubber lip protects against moisture.

Drive-on ramp

A drive-on ramp (incl. lifting device and throw-on plate) can be installed instead of a wing door. For non-slip and comfortable loading, we offer three types of flooring: aluminium checker plate, rubber flooring or silicone coating.

Drive-on rails

The original Böckmann aluminium ramps make loading vehicles easier. The load capacity per pair is 2000, 2400 or 2700 kg. Each model can also be equipped with original Böckmann motorbike rails. When loading, please always consider the permissible total weight or the payload of your trailer. We recommend to use the ramps in combination with support legs.
