High-Gloss Sandwich Sidewalls – Perfect for Wrapping and Easy to Clean
Böckmann Fahrzeugwerke presents its new KT-SW series of Sandwich Box Trailers. With these passenger-car trailers, Böckmann expands its range of low-bed box trailers with a variant featuring a completely new exterior material. The models impress with their 18 mm high-gloss sandwich panels, which not only ensure high stability but are also particularly easy to clean and customize with decals.
The new KT-SW series Sandwich Box Trailers are based on the proven KT models, combining their field-tested technology with a completely new exterior structure made of sandwich material. The models are available as single-axle or tandem versions. The smallest model, the KT-SW 2513/135 M, has internal dimensions of 2505×1310×1885 mm and a payload of 1009 kg. The largest model, the KT-SW 4018/27 H, offers internal dimensions of 3996×1867×2085 mm and a payload of 1850 kg. Standard equipment across all models includes the TÜV-certified CFlexLock system, which enables flexible positioning of lashing points, as well as modern LED interior lighting that provides optimal illumination of the cargo area and noticeably increases comfort in daily use.
Optional accessories make the new models particularly versatile. Available customizations include newly engineered access doors and sales hatches made from the same high-gloss sandwich material, as well as alternative rear solutions. In addition to the standard swing doors, customers can choose at the rear between a practical loading ramp with rubber flooring or aluminum checker plate, and the well-known door-ramp combination. These options allow optimal tailoring of the trailers to different transport requirements and applications.
