There are many of them: the strong women in the Oldenburg Münsterland. On 30.06.2022, the award for the Future Maker was presented at an event in Thüle. This is an award for a strong woman from the Oldenburg Münsterland.
The award was created by Silvia Breher, who is also the patron of the award, and OM media editor-in-chief Ullrich Suffner. The jury that presented the award also consisted of Stella Böckmann (Böckmann Fahrzeugwerke), Christine Grimme (Grimme Landmaschinenfarbrik), Tanja-Vera Asmussen (LZO) and Tanja Sprehe (Pöppelmann).

Sarah Dhem wins the Award

This year, Sarah Dhem deservedly received the award. She is the managing director of several companies, is involved in voluntary work and is also the mother of 4 children. So much energy and commitment is rewarded. But all 50 nominated women have one thing in common: they go their way individually and with a lot of courage.

Böckmann Fahrzeugwerke are sponsors of the project

Böckmann Fahrzeugwerke has supported the project from the very beginning. It is also about using the opportunity to show other companies how great the added value is to support women through adapted working time models and, above all, to give them opportunities by giving them the chance to take on responsibility. In the end, all sides benefit equally. It is also important to show that women are free to decide how to shape their life model. Every life path should be respected and supported. Everything is allowed that feels right. It is also the task of companies to understand these individual life plans and to support women in their career ambitions through flexibility and equal opportunities.

The attention and this year's inaugural event are a great success that will be repeated in the years to come.
